◆Working Principal

In the dehydration process, the materials enter the equipment from the feed box. Under the rotation of the screw auger, the materials are transported to the discharge port. In the structural design, the screw extrusion pressure is gradually increased by changing the screw distance and the diameter of the Dragon shaft. The materials are squeezed by the step-by-step progressive pressure, and the excess water is discharged from the outlet through the screen. Through the special feeding design, Prevent the materials from caking and blocking during transportation. The dewatered materials continue to run forward under the transportation of the screw auger, complete the extrusion and dehydration in the second stage under the resistance of the material blocking device, and open the material blocking device to discharge the equipment from the material outlet.
