The upper rotating weight of the vibrator makes the screen surface produce horizontal rotary vibration, while the lower rotating weight makes the screen surface produce conical rotary vibration, and its combined influence makes the screen surface produce compound rotary vibration. Its vibration track is a complex space curve. The curve is projected as a circle on the horizontal plane and an ellipse on the vertical plane. The amplitude can be changed by adjusting the exciting force of the upper and lower rotating weights. By adjusting the spatial phase angle of the upper and lower weights, the curve shape of the screen surface trajectory and the trajectory of raw materials on the screen surface can be changed.

3、 Common precautions of circular vibrating screen:
1. In the process of using the pulp vibrating screen, based on the viscosity of the rubber, coating and pulp, attention should be paid to the cleaning of the residue on the screen during the screening process. If the residue on the screen is excessive, the screen will be blocked and the screening precision and production capacity will be affected. Therefore, cleaning the residue on the screen during the production process is the key to ensure normal production;
2. There are a large number of vibrators under the stainless steel screen of the vibrating screen, which is mainly used to produce micro turbulence on the contact surface of the full filtration. Do not reduce or discard the vibrators, otherwise the filtration efficiency will decline significantly.
3. Regularly maintain and check the wear condition and tightness of all parts of the vibrating screen. If the stainless steel screen or screen frame is found to be broken, it should be shut down immediately for inspection, repair and maintenance. After using for a period of time, it is necessary to clamp the bolts, nuts, tie rings and other parts. In particular, if the anchor screw fixed at the bottom is loose, it will cause abnormal vibration of the vibrating screen, and damage the screen frame and even the shell;
4. Regularly check and repair the running state of the vibration motor. Once the motor is found to produce abnormal noise or operate unsmoothly, it should be shut down immediately for inspection and maintenance! If there is foreign matter in the motor, it will cause abnormal noise of the motor, and the motor lubricating oil should be cleaned and replaced;
5. What should we do if we encounter bad screening effects? The factory will teach you some tricks. For example, the purchased vibrating screen has the function of adjusting the spiral angle to 15 º, so as to ensure the most efficient dispersion of slurry and slag / liquid separation. If there is no spiral angle equipment, choose to slightly pad one side of the vibrating screen (change the inclination of the vibrating box) to ensure that the raw material can also obtain a better screening effect when the screen surface presents the second screen frame state.
6. When the particle size is close to the size of the vibrating screen, the screening efficiency will affect normal. The total screening efficiency decreases significantly with the increase of the proportion of particles in the near stainless steel screen. Because these particles tend to limit or block the stainless steel screen, the total effective screening area of the screen decreases. Suitable needles are very important for different filter materials to choose stainless steel screens of different sizes. Usually, when used for rubber reflux, most choose 100 mesh stainless steel screen; When used for paint reflow, most use 100-120 mesh stainless steel screen; It is used for the filtration of GCC dispersions with the help of most 100-120 mesh drying nets; It is used for filtration after GCC grinding with the help of 325-400 mesh stainless steel screen.
7. The vibrating screen needs to be matched with the amount of screening material liquid. If the amount of screening material is too small, it will cause a waste of resources in power. If the amount of screening material is too large, it will cause material overflow at the slag discharge outlet. Even if a baffle is raised at the slag discharge outlet, it will also cause slag cleaning problems (loss of self slag discharge function) and the decline of vibrating screening efficiency due to the large amount of material liquid.
8. Vibration: in order to make the raw materials throw away from the screen surface of the vibrating screen, the screen should be vibrated. The vibration causes the raw materials to fall back to the screen surface again and move along the screen surface. It should not run without vibration for a long time based on motor damage, which will not only reduce the processing capacity, but also increase the risk of network pasting.
