We received some PVC materials from the customer. The customer wants to check the humidity limit after the material is pressed. The total weight is 50 kg. We will use YZJ-3 double screw press to test and adjust the machine pressure. The material humidity is about 50%. After pressing, the wastewater is about 18kg, so only 14% of the water is left in the material. The residue is extremely dry, so that the residue is extruded into blocks. The results show that the material is not what we imagined. It can squeeze water without adjusting the pressure.
