The linear vibrating screen is installed horizontally or obliquely. This type of vibrating screen is compact in structure and stable in operation. It is widely used for drying, desliming and media removal of various raw materials, and also for classification of dry and wet test grades of medium and coarse grained raw materials.

So, how does the vibrating screen work? How does it screen raw materials? Everyone uses an eccentric body on the shaft and uses the motor to drive it to rotate. At this time, the eccentric body creates an outward force. The greater the quality of the eccentric body, the farther the distance from the shaft center to the center, the higher the speed ratio of the shaft, the greater the centripetal force.

If it is installed at a proper position of the screening machine in a proper way, it can push the screening machine to move in a uniform circular motion, which is caused by the circular vibrating screen. Install two shafts with eccentric bodies side by side and let them rotate at the same pace and at the same speed in the opposite direction. At this time, the force caused by the two eccentric bodies in the horizontal direction is the same size and the direction is opposite, so they offset each other; The forces with the same size and direction perpendicular to the two directions are summed, which will result in uniform linear motion, which is the principle of linear vibrating screen.
