Why does the rotary vibrating screen cause material accumulation during use?
There are about four aspects:
1. Whether the mesh number of stainless steel screen is selected correctly. Too small mesh size of stainless steel screen will lead to low material permeability.
2. Check whether the road on which the rotary vibrating screen is placed is flat, and if the feed inlet is too high, it will harm the movement track of the material, which will easily lead to the material on the side with a bias.
3. Whether the stainless steel screen and feed inlet are horizontal or not, generally it should be horizontal or higher than 6 mm, and the height-width ratio of the feed inlet design scheme for different materials is also different.
4. The angle adjustment of the vibrating motor of the rotary vibrating screen is not very good. The angle adjustment of the vibrating motor is not good, which will also lead to material deposition. The angle adjustment of the left and right axial force blocks of the vibrating motor, the smaller the angle of the screen surface, the faster the material runs, and the opposite angle exchange will make the material disperse slowly.
When material accumulation occurs, we can adjust the angle of the vibration motor to avoid this phenomenon. When changing the angle of the vibration motor shaft force block, it should be adjusted up and down by 5 degrees. If the screening accuracy is strictly controlled, the motor angle should not be too small to avoid damaging the screening accuracy. Generally, the motor angle of the original rotary vibrating screen is 45 °. The customer can adjust the angle of the vibrating motor to 100 ° according to the special requirements of the material screening process, and the material is concentrated in the center of the stainless steel screen. Due to the different characteristics of various raw materials, in order to improve the actual effect, adjust the phase angle of the left and right weights of the rotary vibrating screen motor, change the track of raw materials, and increase or reduce the time of raw materials on the stainless steel screen
